Surama Suarez

Surama Suarez is of counsel with the firm practicing in the areas of automobile and trucking litigation, employment litigation, governmental and municipal liability, premises liability, and general liability. She has worked over the years a few small and large law firms specializing in insurance defense. During her career, she has been involved in several successful appeals before the various appellate courts in Florida.
Surama obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University, and her juris doctorate degree from American University, Washington College of Law. She has been practicing law for over 20 years and has a vast array of experience handling cases from inception to trial. She has tried cases all over Florida.
She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA), Defense Research Institute (DRI), and American Bar Association (ABA). She is Cuban American. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, being outdoors and listening to various genres of music.
