Joe Longfellow, III
Joe is a partner with the firm and has been working here since 2008. His practice is primarily insurance defense with a focus on automotive liability, civil rights defense, construction litigation, employment, law enforcement and corrections liability, medical malpractice, premises liability and products liability. He has handled and tried cases throughout all North Florida. He is prepared to represent your interests in both state and federal courts in Florida and Georgia.
Joe is admitted to practice in all Florida and Georgia state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (“CLM”), Defense Research Institute (“DRI”), Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Tallahassee Bar Association. He is currently AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. In law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Society, Mock Trial team, and a law journal. He is fluent in Spanish.
